What we do

Get found. Stay in front of people. Know what it did.

Two services, priced flat, from a team based in Denver and Dallas. The website always comes first, we build it, present it to you at no cost, and you decide afterwards. Add the advertising retainer whenever you want a steady flow of new customers instead of a quiet phone.

Service one

The $500 website

$500

one time · no setup fee · you own it

Most local businesses don’t need twelve pages. They need one clear site that loads fast on a phone, says what they do and what it costs, and makes calling easy. That’s what we build.

  • Up to five pages, typically Home, Services, About, Gallery, Contact
  • Copywriting done for you from one conversation, not a homework packet
  • Mobile-first design, tested at phone widths
  • Click-to-call, tap-for-directions, hours, and a working contact form
  • Your photos edited and arranged, or new ones organized for you
  • Logo cleanup, color palette, and consistent typography
  • Google Business Profile claimed, corrected, and linked to the site
  • Search basics handled, page titles, descriptions, local business markup
  • Domain and hosting set up and connected
  • Two rounds of revisions before launch

Service two

The $500/month retainer

$500/mo

month to month · cancel anytime · no minimum term

Two new social ads every week, aimed at people near you, plus a one-page report every Friday so you always know what your money did.

  • 8 new ads a month, two per week, written and designed fresh
  • Facebook and Instagram placements, set up and monitored
  • Audience targeting by neighborhood, radius, age, and interest
  • Offer and headline testing, we keep what wins, cut what doesn’t
  • Comments and messages watched so leads don’t sit unanswered
  • Weekly report: views, reach, clicks, engagement, messages, calls
  • Month-over-month comparison so you see the trend, not just the week
  • A short call whenever you want to talk through the numbers

Ad spend goes straight to the platform on your own card and is separate from the $500 management rate. We recommend a starting budget and adjust it with you.

Ads, one at a time or eight a month

One ad is $76. Eight are $500.

Not everyone wants a monthly commitment on day one, so you can buy a single ad. $76 covers the whole thing: we write the copy, design the image or short video, pick the audience and the radius, launch it, watch it while it runs, and send you a short summary of what it reached and what people did.

The retainer is that same job on a rhythm two ads a week, eight a month, for $500. Per ad that’s $62.50 instead of $76, and the weekly report, the audience testing, and the mid-week adjustments are part of it rather than an extra line.

  • Single ad: $76, paid once, no ongoing commitment
  • Retainer: $500 a month for 8 ads, two every week
  • Weekly report every Friday, included on the retainer
  • Buying singles first and switching to the retainer later is normal

A month of ads, two ways

Ad spend is separate and goes to the platform on your own card either way. Everything above is what we charge for the work.

The money you cannot see

Where every dollar of ad spend goes.

This is the part most people are quietly worried about, so here it is before you have to ask. Ad spend is not my money and it never passes through me.

  • You own the ad account. It is created under your business, with your card in it. If we part ways, it stays yours, along with the audiences and the history.
  • I never hold your card. Meta and Google bill you directly. I have permission to run campaigns, nothing more.
  • The $500 is my fee only. It buys the eight ads, the targeting, the changes during the month, and the Friday report.
  • Typical spend is $150 to $400 a month. You set the cap. I will tell you honestly when a budget is too small to be worth running.
  • Every dollar shows on the report. Spend, reach, clicks, and cost per click, next to what it produced.
  • Cancel and nothing gets held hostage. Ad account, page, pixel, and creative files are already yours.

A normal month, written out

CoCo fee, 8 ads + Friday reports$500.00
Ad spend, paid by you to Meta$250.00
Paid to CoCo for ad spend$0.00
Markup on ad spend$0.00
Setup fee$0.00
Out of your account$750.00

If a month is quiet, turn the spend down or pause it. The fee follows the work, so if we agree to skip a month, you are not billed for it.

Honest comparison

Me, a website builder, and an agency.

You are weighing these up whether or not I bring them up, so here they are side by side, including the parts where the other two win.

Service three · optional

Keeping the site online

$10/mo

month to month · cancel anytime · the site stays yours

A website needs somewhere to live and a name people can type. Ten dollars a month covers both, plus the quiet maintenance nobody wants to think about until something breaks. It is optional, if you already have hosting, or you would rather manage it yourself, we hand everything over and you pay us nothing.

What the $10 covers

  • Hosting on fast servers, with a security certificate so the padlock shows
  • Your domain name registered and renewed on time
  • Nightly backups, kept for 30 days, restorable in minutes
  • Uptime monitoring, if the site goes down, we hear about it, not you
  • Small text edits on request: hours, prices, phone number, a new service line
  • Software and security updates handled quietly in the background
  • Leaving is simple, we transfer the domain and files and cancel the billing

Domain registration is included up to standard .com pricing. Premium or unusual domain extensions are quoted before anything gets bought.

After it is live

What it costs when the business changes.

Prices go up. A service gets added. A partner joins, the truck gets a new wrap, the summer menu arrives. None of that should mean an awkward phone call about a quote, so the numbers are flat and they are printed here.

Small changes
$40

New prices, new hours, swapped photos, a staff change, a new service line, a seasonal message on the home page. A flat fee rather than an hourly rate, so you never have to wonder what a five minute phone call is going to cost. Usually live the same day and always within two business days.

A complete rebuild
$300

A whole new look, a different structure, a rename, or a real change in what the business does. Less than the original $500 because we already know your business, your customers, and what worked the first time.

While on the retainer
Free

Every change and every full rebuild, at no charge, for as long as you are on the $500 a month social retainer. You are already paying us monthly. Billing you again to fix a phone number would be absurd.

Corrections to anything we got wrong are always free and never counted as a change. Typos, a wrong number, a broken link: just tell us.

Included with every site

Readable by everyone who walks in your door.

About one in four adults in the United States lives with some kind of disability (CDC). Add everyone squinting at a phone in bright sun, everyone whose reading glasses are in the truck, and everyone over sixty, and the group of people a hard to read website quietly turns away is a large slice of your town.

Connor is legally blind and uses screen reading technology every day, so this is not a checklist item we bolt on at the end. It is how the page gets built in the first place, and it costs you nothing extra because it never costs us extra.

The side benefit is that everything in the list to the right also makes the site faster, clearer, and easier for a search engine to understand. Readable pages simply perform better with everybody.

What that means in practice

  • Text and background contrast tested rather than guessed at
  • Body type set large enough to read without pinching and zooming
  • Buttons big enough to press with a work glove on
  • Every image given a description for screen readers
  • Form fields labeled properly, with errors said in words
  • The whole site usable with a keyboard, no mouse required
  • Headings in a real order, so a screen reader can skim the page
  • Motion kept gentle, and turned off for anyone who asks their device to
  • Phone numbers and addresses that a phone recognizes and can act on

We build to the widely used web accessibility guidelines as a matter of course. We are not lawyers and we do not sell compliance certificates. What we can tell you is that your site will be genuinely readable, and that most of your competitors’ are not.

Service four · free with the others

Logos and print design, at no charge

Buy a website, or run with us on the monthly retainer, and design work is part of the deal. Most owners we meet are working with a logo somebody drew in a hurry years ago, or no logo at all, and they have been quoted three hundred dollars for shirts before a single one gets printed. We just do it.

Your mark

A logo drawn from scratch, or the one you have redrawn so it stays sharp on a sign, a shirt, and a phone screen. Color and black-and-white versions.

Things you can wear

Shirts, hoodies, and caps for you and the crew. Front, back, and sleeve layouts set up the way a screen printer wants them.

Things you can hang

Yard signs, banners, window decals, truck lettering, and a-frames, sized to whatever your printer needs.

Things you hand over

Menus, price lists, flyers, business cards, and the profile pictures and banners for your social pages.

You pay the printer for the physical items. We do not mark that up and we do not take a cut of it. Files are yours, so you can use any shop you like.

The weekly rhythm

What happens in a normal week on the retainer.

Monday

Ad one goes live

The visual one. Your work, your food, your team, something that stops a thumb and reminds the neighborhood you exist.

Wednesday

We read early numbers

If Monday’s ad is underperforming, the audience or the image gets adjusted before more budget goes through it.

Thursday

Ad two goes live

The offer one, timed for weekend decisions. Clear deal, clear deadline, one obvious next step.

Friday

Your report lands

One page in your inbox: what ran, what it reached, what people did, and what we’re changing next week.

Two people talking across a small wooden table with a notebook and coffee.

Questions people ask

Straight answers.

Do I pay anything before I see the website?

No. We build the site first, on our own time, then book a meeting and present it to you. There is no fee for that presentation and no deposit beforehand. Money only comes up after you have seen the finished website and told us you want it.

Is the logo and shirt design really free?

Yes, while you are a customer. If you buy a website or you are on the monthly retainer, we will draw your logo, set up shirt artwork, lay out signs, menus, cards, and social artwork, and send you the print-ready files. You pay whatever the printer charges for the physical items and nothing to us for the design.

Do I have to decide during the meeting?

Not at all. Sit with it. Show it to your spouse, your manager, your best customer. We would rather you take a week and be certain than say yes on the spot and have doubts. There is no deadline and no pressure from us either way.

What if I see it and don’t want it?

Then you say so and we part on good terms. You owe nothing for the build or the meeting. That risk is ours, not yours, it’s why we do the work up front instead of asking you to trust a sales pitch.

Where are you based?

Denver, Colorado and Dallas, Texas. We present in person across both metros and work remotely with businesses anywhere else, in which case the presentation is a screen share.

Is $500 really the whole price for the website?

Yes. Five pages, copy, design, launch, and two rounds of revisions. After that the only ongoing cost is keeping it online, which we handle for $10 a month, hosting, your domain, the security certificate, and backups. You can also take that over yourself at launch and pay us nothing.

Can I buy just one ad instead of the retainer?

Yes. A single ad is $76, written, designed, targeted, launched, watched while it runs, and summarized for you afterwards. Good for a grand opening or a one-off weekend push. If you find yourself buying them regularly, the retainer is eight ads a month for $500, which comes out to $62.50 each with the Friday report included.

What is in the $10 a month?

Hosting, your domain name and its renewal, the security certificate, nightly backups kept for 30 days, uptime monitoring, background updates, and small text edits when your hours or prices change. It is month to month, and if you leave we transfer the domain and files to you.

Do I have to take the monthly retainer?

No. Plenty of clients buy the site and stop there. The retainer exists for owners who want a steady stream of new customers and don’t have time to post, target, and measure it themselves.

What if I want to cancel the retainer?

Tell us before your next billing date and it stops. No contract, no cancellation fee. Your ad accounts and your website stay yours.

Who owns the website and the ad accounts?

You do, both. Accounts are set up in your name with us added as a manager. If we part ways, you keep everything and nothing gets switched off.

How much should I put toward ad spend?

Most local businesses start between $150 and $400 a month. We’ll recommend a number based on your service area and what a customer is worth to you, then adjust it once we see the first few weeks of results.

I already have a website. Can you just run the ads?

Usually yes. We’ll look at your current site first, if it won’t convert the traffic we send it, we’ll tell you honestly rather than spend your budget into a dead end.

What if I need changes after it is live?

A small change is a flat $40, a complete rebuild is $300, and both are free while you are on the $500 a month retainer. Small changes are usually live the same day. Corrections to anything we got wrong are always free.

You’re students. What happens when you graduate?

Nothing changes. This is a small business, not a class project, and it will be attended to no matter what the situation is. Being at Colorado State is why a site is $500 rather than $5,000. It is not why the company exists.
