The whole company
Two people. That is the entire org chart.
CoCo Web Creation is Connor Gearey and Conor Wood, co-owners. When you call, one of us answers. When your site gets built, one of us builds it. When something breaks on a Sunday, one of us fixes it. There is no account manager between us and there never will be.
Two owners instead of one is the part that matters to you. It means a phone that always rings through, a second set of eyes on every site before you see it, and a business that does not pause because somebody went on a trip.
Fort Collins, where the work gets done. Dallas Fort Worth, where Connor is from and back often.
Two cities on purpose
Denver and Dallas are not a marketing radius. Fort Collins is where we study and work, and DFW is where Connor grew up, where his family is, and where he knows which streets are which. We are in Texas often enough to sit down with you in person.
The owners
Who you are actually hiring.
Most agencies put a stock photo of a team on this page. Here are the two people who will be in your inbox.
Connor Gearey
Fort Collins, Colorado. Originally Dallas Fort Worth.
- HomeGrew up in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Lives in Fort Collins now.
- SchoolStudent at Colorado State University.
- WorkTechnology roles at CSU and at Newmark, a national commercial real estate firm.
- AlsoLegally blind. Former competitive blind rock climber and blind skier.
Connor writes the pages, builds the sites, and does most of the design. His work at Newmark was on the technology side of commercial real estate, where a wrong number in a dataset moves an eight figure decision. That habit does not switch off when the project is a taqueria in Rockwall, which is why your hours, your prices, and your service area get checked twice before anything goes live.

Conor Wood
Fort Collins, Colorado.
- HomeGrew up in Boulder. Moved to fort collins for college.
- SchoolStudent at Colorado State University.
- WorkPlasterer's apprentice, maintainence, developer
Conor is a fourth year computer science student with a minor in Machine Learning at CSU. Behind the scene he is working on the sites and making sure they are fast, secure, and are easy for connor to work with. He has a Google AI professional certification as well as experience relevant to website creation, coding, and cybersecurity. His goal is that you get your website fast, clean, and stress-free.

Why we do this the way we do
Legally blind, and that shapes every site we build.
Connor is legally blind. He spent years competing in blind rock climbing and blind skiing, which are exactly what they sound like: you commit to a route or a slope you cannot fully see, on information someone else gives you, at speed. You learn two things doing that. The first is that clear information beats pretty information every single time. The second is that trusting the person calling out the turns is the whole sport.
That is why your website is not going to be a clever puzzle. Big type. Real contrast. A phone number you can find in one second on a cracked phone screen in a parking lot. Buttons big enough to hit with a work glove on. Every page readable by a screen reader, because Connor uses that technology himself and notices immediately when somebody has not bothered.
Roughly one in four adults in the United States lives with some kind of disability (CDC). Most local websites quietly turn a chunk of those people away. Yours will not, and you will not have to ask us for it or pay extra for it.
What we bring to your business
A student rate, without student work.
Corporate habits
Newmark is a national commercial real estate firm and the technology work there has to be right, because somebody is making an eight figure decision on it. That habit does not switch off when the project is a taqueria. Your hours, your prices, and your service area get checked before they go live.
Campus technology
Roles at Colorado State put us in front of people who are not technical and need something to just work. That is most business owners. We will not hand you a dashboard and wish you luck. We hand you a website and a Friday report you can read in two minutes.
Honest pricing
No office in a tower, no six salaries, no sales team. That is exactly why a website is $500 instead of $5,000, and why a change later is $40 instead of a quote. You are paying for the work, not for the overhead sitting behind it.
The question everybody asks
“You are students. What happens when you graduate?”
Nothing changes.
CoCo Web Creation is not a class project, a portfolio piece, or something to do until a job shows up. It is a small business. It will be attended to no matter what the situation is, and a graduation date has no bearing on your website, your ads, or how fast someone picks up the phone.
Being at Colorado State is the reason the price is $500 rather than $5,000. It is not the reason the company exists. The company exists because we would rather build these than not, and that is not going to stop being true in May, or the May after that.
There is also a practical answer. You own the domain, the site files, the hosting account, and your Google profile from the day it goes live. Even in a world where we vanished tomorrow, your website keeps working and any other person you hire can pick it up on day one. We built it that way on purpose, because a business that has to trap you is a business that knows it might not deserve you.
The short version
You are hiring two people, not a platform.
Call the number and it rings a phone. Email the address and it gets read. If you want to meet at your shop in Rockwall or a coffee place in Denver before you decide anything, that is the normal way this goes, not a special favor.
