A note on colour pricing. Hair is not a menu item. Density, length, and what has already been on it change the amount of product and time a service needs. We quote your exact number at the chair and put it in writing before we begin, no surprises at the desk.

Booking notes

New colour guests are booked with a consultation first, either in person or with photos over email. Colour corrections are always in person.

We hold appointments with a card on file and ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel. Inside that window we charge half the service.

Questions

Before your first visit

How far ahead should I book?

Cuts and glosses usually open up within a week or two. Balayage and full highlight appointments run three to four weeks out, and Saturdays go first. Rebooking at the desk is the surest way to keep your stylist and your favourite time slot.

Can you fix a box dye?

Often, yes, but almost never in one sitting, and we will not promise otherwise. Come in for a consultation and we will map out how many visits it takes, what each one costs, and what your hair can handle safely in between.

Do you cut curly and coily hair?

Yes. Wren and Theo both cut curls dry and section by section. Please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and styled the way you normally wear it, no gel cast, no updo.

What products do you carry?

A small shelf, chosen because we use it: two shampoo lines, a bond builder, a heat protectant, and one very good sea-salt spray. If nothing on the shelf suits your hair we will tell you what to buy elsewhere.

Is there parking?

Gravel lot behind the building, free, plus street parking on Melba. The two-hour spots on Bishop are enforced and colour appointments run longer than two hours, so we recommend the lot.
