Four chairs, long appointments, and a consultation that happens before anyone picks up scissors. We build colour and shape that grow out gracefully, because most of your life with your hair happens after you leave.

Each stylist takes one guest per slot. Nobody sits under foil for forty minutes while their stylist starts someone else's blowout.
We place lightener where the sun would put it and keep your line soft, so a missed appointment does not become an emergency.
If what you brought in takes three visits, we will say so and price all three before we begin. Consultations are always free.
We took the upstairs space on North Bishop in 2018, high ceilings, two big windows, and enough room for exactly four chairs. That number is deliberate. It keeps the sound down, the pace human, and the water in the back sinks hot.
There is tea in the corner, a shelf of well-thumbed books, and nobody will ask you what you do for a living unless you want to talk about it.
Meet the stylists

Two things fill most of our book. The first is lived-in colour, balayage, teasy-lights and gloss work that reads soft at the root and bright through the ends. The second is curly and wavy cutting done dry, curl by curl, so the shape you see in the chair is the shape you get at home.
Everything else, precision bobs, blowouts, event styling, the occasional rescue from a box-dye evening, we do gladly, and we do it on time.
See the full menuColour is quoted at the chair after the consultation, based on your hair and the work in front of us, never after the fact. Cuts and blowouts are fixed prices. Nothing gets added to your ticket that you did not agree to out loud.
Cuts from $70 · Gloss from $55 · Balayage from $215
Priya Raghunathan, owner
“I brought in a photo of exactly what I did not want, which is harder to explain than the other way around. Priya spent twenty minutes on the consultation before she touched my hair, and the cut has grown out beautifully for four months.”

“Third salon in two years and the first one that told me my hair could not do what I was asking in one sitting. They mapped out three appointments to get there and it worked. Honesty is worth the drive from Plano.”
Rachel Okonkwo

“Quiet studio, four chairs, no blaring music, no upselling. Wren does the best curly cut in Oak Cliff and she does it dry, which apparently is the whole secret. I leave calmer than I arrived.”
