Cancellation policy. We hold your appointment with a card on file and ask for 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window are charged half the service, because a four-chair studio cannot fill a three-hour colour slot on the same day.
What to bring
A photo of what you like, a photo of what you do not, and an honest answer about how much time you spend on your hair in the morning. That last one matters more than the pictures.
