Two crews, one route book, and the same faces at your house every week. Mowing, feeding, mulch, cleanups and the landscape work that makes a house look finished.
Most of our customers start with mowing and add on from there. You are never locked into a bundle you did not ask for.
Mow, line-trim, edge every bed and walk, blow all hard surfaces clean. Same day each week, 30 to 34 visits a season depending on rain.
Six-step fertilization and pre-emergent program built for Bermuda and St. Augustine in Rockwall's clay, plus grub and fungus treatment when we see it.
Bed design and planting, hardwood mulch, stone borders, sod, drainage correction, flagstone patios and cedar structures.
This one is off Yellow Jacket Lane. Compacted clay, scalped Bermuda, and beds that had not been edged in two seasons. We aerated and top-dressed, cut clean bed lines, laid fresh hardwood mulch, and put it on a weekly route with the fertilization program.
Nothing exotic, just the ordinary things done in the right order, on schedule.

Prices below are for a typical quarter-acre Rockwall lot. Bigger lots and acreage get their own number after we measure, no guessing, no surprise line items.
Mowing and trimming, clean and simple

Full property care, nothing left for you
You get assigned to a route, and that route does not shuffle. Thursday customers are Thursday customers. If storms push us, you get a message the same morning telling you which day we are coming instead.
Crew leads carry a checklist and photograph anything worth telling you about, a broken sprinkler head, a fungus patch starting in the shade, a limb we would rather a tree company take down.

A hundred and eighty reviews, and the same complaint from all of them: we should have called sooner.
“Same crew every Thursday for three years. They edge the beds, blow the driveway clean, and I have never once had to text about a missed week. When my sprinkler head cracked they fixed it and put it on the next invoice for eighteen dollars.”

“We bought a foreclosure in Heath with a yard that was basically a hay field. Miguel walked it with me, gave me a written plan in three phases, and the front looked like a different house inside a month. No pressure to buy the expensive version.”

“I fought Bermuda grass and grub damage for two summers on my own. One season on their fertilization program and the lawn is thick enough that my neighbor asked who does it. Worth every dollar of the monthly.”
